Mary Ellen is a gifted communicator and empowering leader.  She brings play and professionalism to all she does.  Her passion is developing people, seeing them LIVE and GIVE their best.  Her leadership career spans 22 yrs including both the private and public sectors.  She has led teams, departments, initiatives, projects and spent over 1500 hours facilitating leadership development learning.

Mary Ellen is a perpetual storyteller with a deep awareness of the power of the conversations we live in and how they shape our lives.  She has crafted and recrafted her own personal narrative from a very young age to support her growth journey and delights in helping people leverage their own.

Mary Ellen believes in the value of holding a growth mind-set and is a life-long learner.  She is a professionally trained Solutions Focused Coach with Erickson International and a member of the International Coach Federation.  Her training as a Leadership Facilitator is with Eagle’s Flight, a Global Experiential Learning Company.  She holds a degree in Religious Studies and certificate in Project Management.

One final and important thing to know about Mary Ellen is that she bravely holds her own in a home of all boys. Along with her husband – and most favourite adventure partner of 21 years – they parent (mostly survive, lol!) 3 active boys, a host of international students and any and all friends either brings home. Some months their grocery bill is more than their mortgage 🙂
